Business License No: 059195 issued by Baria Vung Tau Department of Investment & Planning  on Jan/10/1998 with the initial capital of 02 million USD.

In  2008,  the company changed its name into Barimex Corporation with the current charter capital of ứ 69 billion VND( Sixty nine billion VND), working capital is  549  billion VND ( Five hundred and forty nine billion VND). The source capital of company has been contributed from its shareholders . No share from Govermment is contributed .
