Qudos Asia Ltd is a Vietnam based property development company. Its geographic focus is Vietnam Laos and Cambodia. Its Executive Directors of Qudos are John Caffin (CEO) James Hardie and Sam Stevenson. Each has over 10 years experience in Vietnam.

Qudos and its directors have a range of completed and current development projects in Vietnam, including Saigon Water Park (1997), Avalon apartments (2006), Alila Villas Hoi An (current), plus several urban and coastal projects under evaluation / negotiation in Saigon, Hanoi, Phu Quoc, and Ho Tram.

Qudos is flexible in its approach to structuring development projects, and works with Joint Venture, joint stock and/or 100% FOE structures. The company welcomes any form of mutually beneficial working partnership.

The company and its Directors have past and present working associations/partnerships with a range of financial institutions including Beta Vietnam Fund, Zesiger Capital, Dragon Capital, HSBC, Vietcombank ANZ and ACB.

Qudos has unique access to project delivery through its sister company HBP Group. HBP has been providing design and construction consulting services in Vietnam since 1994. Each of the Qudos Directors has at some time held the role of General Director, HBP.
